  • Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise stated.
  • During high-demand periods, holidays, or product launches, processing may take up to 7–10 business days.
  • Custom items, pre-orders, or made-to-order products may have extended processing times (see Section 4).
1.2 Verification
We may require identity or address verification if:
  • Your payment information cannot be confirmed
  • Your shipping address triggers fraud-protection alerts
Orders will not ship until verification is complete.
2. SHIPPING OPTIONS & DELIVERY TIMES
We offer multiple shipping methods based on product type and customer location.
2.1 Domestic Shipping (United States)
Estimated transit times:

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Expedited International: 5–10 business days
Customers are responsible for:

These charges vary by country and are not included in our product prices or shipping totals.
3. SHIPPING RATES
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Shipping method selected
  • Current carrier rates
Promotional free-shipping offers apply to qualifying orders only.
4. PRE-ORDERS, MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS, & CUSTOM PRODUCTS
4.1 Pre-Orders
  • Pre-order items will ship on or around the estimated release date.
  • If ordered with other items, your full order may ship together unless you choose split shipping (additional fees may apply).
4.2 Made-to-Order Products
Items such as:
  • Apparel
  • Prints
  • Specialty merchandise
    will require additional production time, typically 5–14 business days before shipping.
4.3 Customized or Personalized Items
If we offer personalized merchandise, allow 7–21 business days for creation prior to shipment.
5. DIGITAL PRODUCTS & SERVICES
Digital items (e-books, downloads, templates, PDFs, audio, video, etc.):
  • Are delivered instantly or within minutes via email or account download.
  • Do not require physical shipping.
Creative services (production, videography, mentorship, etc.):
  • Will be scheduled directly with the client
  • Are not subject to physical shipping timelines
6. ORDER TRACKING
6.1 Tracking Information
  • Tracking numbers are emailed once your order ships.
  • Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update depending on the carrier.
6.2 Missing or Delayed Tracking
If your tracking hasn’t updated after 3 business days, contact us at:

7. LOST, DAMAGED, OR STOLEN PACKAGES
7.1 Lost Packages
A package is considered lost if:
  • No movement is shown for 10+ business days
  • The carrier confirms it cannot be located
We will:
  • File a carrier claim on your behalf
  • Offer a replacement or store credit depending on availability
7.2 Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged:
  • Take photos of the packaging and items
  • Email them to us within 72 hours
We will replace the item or offer store credit.
7.3 Stolen Packages (Marked “Delivered” but Not Received)
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive your package:
  • Check with neighbors, household members, or your local post office
  • Wait 48 hours (carriers sometimes scan early)
If still missing, we may assist with a claim.
However, Planet Numinous LLC is not responsible for packages stolen after delivery.
8. INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address:
  • The customer must pay reshipment fees
  • Refunds may not be issued for shipping costs
Contact customer support immediately if you realize your address is incorrect.
9. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
We cannot ship certain items to some locations due to:
  • Carrier limitations
  • Trade restrictions
  • Customs regulations
  • Hazardous material restrictions
If your order includes an item we cannot ship to your address, we will notify you and issue a refund for that item.
